01 Websites · Visibility · Software

A website is where it starts. Being found is the point.

Pace Digital Works builds your website, gets it found on Google, turns visitors into enquiries, and sends those enquiries straight to your phone. When your business needs more than a website, we build the software that runs it too.

02 What we do

Eight pieces. One business that gets found and gets booked.

Most people are sold one piece and left to work out the rest. Here you get the whole picture, built in the right order, by the same person.

01

Websites

A fast, good-looking website that works properly on a phone. Built to be read in seconds and to make people want to contact you.

02

Google visibility

Set up so Google understands what you sell and where you are. This is the work that decides whether people can find you at all.

03

Lead generation

Enquiry forms, booking forms, click-to-chat buttons. Everything placed where people are already deciding to get in touch.

04

Social media

Your website and your social pages pointing at each other, plus content that gives people a reason to click through.

05

Automation

The repeating jobs done for you — the reply email, the reminder, the record in your spreadsheet — without anyone remembering to do it.

06

SaaS products

Software other businesses pay to use, with accounts, payments and a proper dashboard. Built and already running — see Pace Lodgix below.

07

Custom business software

The system your business actually runs on, when a spreadsheet has stopped coping. Bookings, jobs, clients, stock, reports.

08

AI-powered tools

Practical help, not hype — replies drafted for you, documents read and sorted, questions answered from your own information.

09

Not sure what you need?

Tell me what your business does and where customers come from now. I will tell you the smallest thing that will make a difference.

Ask me

03 How the pieces work together

From a stranger on Google to a paying customer

Each piece hands over to the next one. A website on its own stops at step one — which is why a website on its own rarely brings in work.

01 WebsiteA place that explains and convinces
02 Google visibilitySo people can find it
03 VisitorsReal people arrive and read
04 Enquiry formThey ask a question or book
05 You are toldEmail or message, straight away
06 Social mediaYou stay in front of them
07 CustomerThey book, buy and come back

Website → Google → Visitors → Enquiry form → You are told → Social media → Customer. Build one part and the chain breaks. Build the chain and the website starts paying for itself.

See what your website could look like

Some of these are real client websites that are live right now. The rest are sample websites built for made-up businesses, so you can see the style before you commit to anything. Every one of them opens — click and look around.

05 Software & SaaS

When a website is not enough, I build the system too

Plenty of studios stop at the website. A lot of businesses lose their time somewhere else — in a spreadsheet, in a notebook, in a chat thread. That is software work, and it is the other half of what I do.

  • SaaS applications
  • Custom business web applications
  • Business management systems
  • Booking and reservation systems
  • Customer and lead management
  • Property management systems
  • Dashboards and reporting
  • Workflow and business automation
  • AI-powered tools and assistants

My own SaaS product · Live recording

Pace Lodgix — Property Management System

Software that holiday rental owners pay a monthly fee to use. It keeps bookings, guests, calendars, payments and reports in one place, and stops the same room being sold twice on two different booking websites.

My Workspace — for freelancers

A small system for people who work for themselves. Clients, tasks, hours worked and invoices in one screen, so nothing billable gets forgotten and Monday morning starts with a plan instead of a search.

06 What can be included

The parts that turn a website into an online presence

You do not need all of these on day one. You do need to know they exist, so nothing important is left out by accident.

01

Google visibility

Your pages written and set up so Google can show them to people searching for what you sell.

02

Lead generation

The buttons, offers and page layout that turn a reader into someone who contacts you.

03

Contact and enquiry forms

A short form that asks only for what you need, and actually arrives.

04

Booking forms

Dates, guests, services and times — collected properly, so you stop going back and forth.

05

WhatsApp & Messenger buttons

One tap and the customer is in a chat with you, with the message already started.

06

Social media links

Your Facebook and Instagram joined to the website, both directions, and your posts shown on the page.

07

Social media content

Posts and images made in your own colours and style, ready to publish.

08

Google Business Profile

Your listing on Google Maps set up properly, so "near me" searches find you.

09

Analytics and tracking

A simple monthly picture of how many people came, from where, and what they clicked.

10

Email notifications

Every enquiry sent to your inbox and your phone the moment it is submitted.

11

Basic marketing automation

The automatic thank-you reply, the follow-up a few days later, the reminder before the booking.

12

Hosting, security & speed

A secure address, fast loading everywhere, and backups. Handled, not something you think about.

07 Getting started

Four steps, and one email to begin

You do not need anything technical ready. If you have photos and you can describe what you sell, that is enough to start.

We talk

A short conversation about what your business does, who your customers are, and what you want more of. No charge and no commitment.

You send your things

Photos, your logo if you have one, and a rough idea of what each page should say. The list is below — send what you have.

I build it

You see a working version early and tell me what to change. Nothing goes live until you are happy with it.

It goes live

Your website is published, connected to Google, and the enquiry form is tested so you know messages really arrive.

What to send me

Send everything in one email, or share a Google Drive folder link. Do not worry about tidying it up first.

  • Photos — the best ones you have, straight from the phone. A Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link is perfect. If you have none, I use professional stock photos.
  • Your logo — any file you have. If you do not have one, say so and I will make one.
  • Business name, address and phone number — exactly as you want them shown.
  • What you sell — services or products, and prices if you want them on the site.
  • Opening hours — and the days you are closed.
  • Your social media links — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, whichever you use.
  • Where enquiries should go — the email address and the phone number for WhatsApp.
  • Two or three websites you like — competitors or not. It saves a lot of guessing.
  • Your web address — if you already own one. If not, I will help you get one.

Send it to me

Pick whichever is easiest for you. I usually reply the same day.

Nothing ready yet? Send one line saying what your business does. I will send back what I would build and what it would cost, before you spend anything.

Let us start with one email.
